As Project Consultant for The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, I had been on the search for a speaker to give an introduction to gender and sexuality education to our educators.  I was so thankful when I finally found Dr. Colleen Clemens, and thrilled that she was so willing to work with us.

Dr. Clemens made the topics she covered easy to understand; gave solid, research-backed explanations to detail why this information was so important for educators to learn; and was an absolute pleasure with whom to work.  On more than one occasion, she went above and beyond her duties as a presenter – helping to support a participant from the training to create an elective in the district in which she worked, and by creating a virtual asynchronous course for the MCIU to use during the initial phase of the pandemic.

Dr. Clemens’ expertise and impactful presentation was very much appreciated, and I am hopeful to work with her more in the future.
